Pan Fantasy Steelband

Pan Fantasy was founded in 1986 in the Jane-Finch community of North York, Toronto, and is operated by the North York Inter-Community Youth Group to engage youth through the performing arts. Led by band captain Wendy Jones and music arranger Al "Allos" Foster, the band is a multiple-time Toronto Panorama (Pan Alive) champion, including winning the 2025 Pan Alive title. The organization emphasizes youth leadership and community development and is supported by the Ontario Arts Council and Toronto Arts Council. It remains one of the city's most competitive and decorated steelbands.
