S.O.C.A. offers culturally grounded arts education programs that celebrate Caribbean heritage while empowering youth. From carnival traditions to musical expression, our workshops promote healing, learning, and pride—especially among Black and marginalized youth.
S.O.C.A. Kids Club
Workshops in Caribbean carnival arts: costume-making, steelpan, calypso, dance & drumming. Celebrating Black heritage through joyful, hands-on learning.
The Rhythm Within
Arts for mental wellness—this program uses carnival arts to support emotional health for youth in underserved and high-risk communities.
Caribella Mas Workshop
Anti-Black racism education through carnival art—designed to align with TCDSB’s Equity Action Plan. Delivered in schools and community hubs.
